About this meal

Chickpeas, basmati rice, and crushed tomatoes in a coconut milk base, spiced with tandoori masala, chana masala, and fresh ginger. Fully plant-based.

One of our favorites, and a testament to the flavors you can bring into the backcountry. The smell will blow you away whether you are in the alpine watching the sunset or at your kitchen table.

Eat it with tortillas, or add a protein pack for a calorie boost.

It was a treat to have something so flavorful and delicious in the back country. As someone who is choosing less meat for protein, I am happy to have Chickpea Masala as a substitute!
