Who we are. This store is operated by Cascade Alpine LLC ("Cascade Alpine," "we," "us"), based in Oregon. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products. We sell freeze-dried food. We do our best to describe every product accurately, including ingredients and nutrition, but colors, packaging, and details may vary slightly. Our food is prepared in a shared commercial kitchen, so please read each product's label for ingredients and allergen information before eating.

Pricing and availability. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order after it's placed, for example if an item is out of stock or we spot an error in price or description. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

Discount codes. Codes are subject to their own terms, can't be combined unless stated, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Intellectual property. The Cascade Alpine name, logo, photography, and content are ours. Please don't use them without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cascade Alpine isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our products or this site. Our food is a food product; use common sense, follow the preparation instructions, and check the label if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
