One cook, real food, made for the trail
Cascade Alpine started with a simple frustration: backcountry food that tasted like a compromise. So we do it differently. Every recipe is developed and cooked from scratch by one person, here in Hillsboro, Oregon, then freeze-dried so it comes back to life on the trail with nothing but water.
No powders, no fillers, no sad backcountry dinner. Real ingredients you can name, real protein, and meals that set up anywhere without a stove. Food is part of the adventure, not a liability. That's the whole idea.
