Cascade Alpine is an ultralight adventure food company focused on product quality and customer enjoyment. We created Cascade Alpine because we were tired of mediocre, expensive backpacking food. Cascade Alpine provides restaurant quality food at dirtbag prices. It allows for the freedom to roam by making good food accessible for everyone. We are focused in making our food as ultralight as possible so you can bring less food in and less trash out. Our food is also cold soak compatible so you can ditch your stove at home. This allows for the ultimate freedom of movement by limiting the amount of weight in your pack. Our vision is that Cascade Alpine making adventuring more accessible for everyone by reducing the burden of being hungry. We strive for quality and only serve what we eat ourselves.

Right now we are working on developing products to meet the high standards we have. Due to the nature of the freeze drying process it takes time to thoroughly test recipes.
